Your benefits with Michigan First are effective after 30 days of employment. You must review the below information and enroll in ADP within your first 30 days!

How to Enroll

Action Required:

  1. Visit ADP Workforce Now to make your benefit elections, once logged in to go Myself>Benefits>Enrollments.
  2. You must make your selection within your first 30 days of employment, even if you wish to waive your benefits.


Remember, this is the only time during the year that you can enroll in coverage or change your benefit elections, unless you have a qualifying event during the year. You have 30 days from the qualifying event date to notify HR to make the changes. Common life events are marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, and loss in coverage.
